Growing up in Central Florida I’ve always been on or in the water from the time I was a baby till this very day.  There is something therapeutic about it. Or perhaps it is the countless Springs, Lakes, and Waterways in such a small Geographical area that keeps me here.

I love Anthony Bourdains way of looking at something,

“Without Experimentation, a Willingness to ask Questions and Try New Things, We Shall Surely become Static, Repetitive, and Moribund.”

This resonates with me because my grandparents owned and operated a local business here in central Florida, specifically Winter park, FL. It was a small outfit on Park Ave. by the name of, Park Avenue Travel. This was where my love of travel, exploration, and a deep appreciation for different cultures truly began.

I spent several years working across guest services, retail, and blue-collar trades before finding my calling. That journey led me to a career as a Firefighter/EMT & Lifeguard– roles that challenged me, shaped me, and gave me experiences, skills, and stories I’ll carry with me for life.

This wasn’t my ending though, I may have atested to the “tones” if you know, you know.  I wasn’t happy as Ohana & friends know I’m a feral cat. I seek out adventures and that random side quest is not optional. I’ve been in the water sports scene since i was a baby so it wasn’t a question of what to do but rather which watersport, “Breathes Life Into my Dreams & Fuels my Passion.”

Here we are Today after many years of owning a Stand Up Paddleboarding company I can honestly say I’m happy to be living this island style life. Still helping people and serving a greater purpose by guiding them toward growth, awareness, and enlightenment.
